What Can I Eat for 2000 Calories Per Day

Here is an example of what you can eat on 2000 calories per day diet. 1/2 cup saffron (white) rice
1 ounce slivered almonds
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
1 tsp soft margarine
1 cup fat-free milk


SNACKS:
1 cup fresh cantaloupe
